We’ve realized that we need to rewind and spend more time explaining our appointment guidelines.

The vast majority of our patients would never consider giving up an important dental appointment as you continually show up for yourself and your dental health. We can’t say enough how appreciative and grateful we are to you!

Our guidelines were created to deter the very few who frequently cancel or no show their appointments. Because we are experiencing higher frequency, the time of our Dentists and Team members is a priority of ours.

If your appointment is missed OR canceled less than 2 business days prior to your appointment date and time, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

We’re all human and understand things come up. Our aim is to be understanding of that, especially for our loyal patients.
